"Bedroom and bathroom was immaculately clean. Bathroom had white fluffy towels and lovely deep bath. Layout of bedroom floors are very rambling, with many rooms far from lift."

"Parking was fine, bar was OK. We were furious to learn, on checking in, that breakfast could not be served until 9.30am (on a Monday?..come on!). We had to be on our way by 7.30. This was totally unacceptable, as this information was not provided in the booking details. The best resolve we could get was a 20% discount on the evening meal. (Whilst the breakfast was noted as 'free' in the booking details, we know the cost is obviously included in the cost of the room)."

"Great hotel in the heart of the town. The food is excellent, staff warm and friendly, and the parking gated and secure. We love this part of Wales and always try to stay here if vsiting."
