"Spent a winter wonderland of a week at Mont Cervin and can't recommend it highly enough. 15min walk from town but you never have to do the uphill yourself because the wonderful owners will shuttle you to and from the ski fields. At night they'll shuttle you up to the main strip for dinner and it's an easy walk back! I recommend adding on the brekky option, saves a lot of hassle and is delicious every morning. "Showed up to stay in the traditional japanese room. There was no hot water anywhere. Shared bath, no proper window and just a carosene heater in the room. Skiing was awesome. Post ski sleeping- not so much"
