"We thought the room was lovely and well sized for Japan. Staff were very friendly and rooms kept very clean. We enjoyed using the onsen, known as one of the best in the areas. "A very cozy house run by a Japanese couple who had been living in Geneva for 22 years. The owner/host/reception is a very nice lady who can speak English and French, while her hard working husband is in charge of kitchen. The hotel is 20 mins walk to the resort but she offers free service for lift from hotel to the skiing resort which is very helpful.
