"The bed was cramped in the room. There was no heater in the room. Even though the room was clean; it was extremely cold most of the night. The staff was friendly at check in all the way to checking out. After checking out, we were able to leave our luggage with concierge while we tour the ship. We had breakfast in the ship overlooking the harbor. The food was good. The waiter was not very attentive. We had to call other waiters to get our waiter for a coffee refill. He gave us our coffee refill and left the check on the table. No word from him at all. We even had to call the busser to bring us a to go box. We tipped him $10 for his friendly service. Even though the service from the waiter was not good, we still tipped him 18%. We figured he must be having a bad day. Overall, I give it a four star."

"A simple hotel with just what you need. Staff are very friendly and accommodating, the rooms were clean, and there’s so much nearby within walking distance."

"Affordable prices for hotel stay and parking at the Courtyard Marriott. Clean throughout the floor hallways and inside room. Did not need to use kitchenette, but nice to have sink, microwave, counter and fridge. Thin walls at this historic building, but comfortable bed and got a good night sleep. The shower handle in our room needs to be looked at, because it was hard to rotate and felt like it might break. Hot water was available and pressure was good."

"Horrible experience the elevator didn’t work had to carry all my stuff the the fourth floor and my wife stuff the restaurant wasn’t open the main reason we booked there also the tv didn’t work when we got into the room we called front desk to complain about the tv and elevator no answer till the 3rd time never had a worst experience"

"Plain and simple close to the beach at an affordable price obviously you get what you pay for parking is do-able you can walk literally anywhere is walking distance great spot for just a spot to stay at for the night"

"honestly the staff made my mom feel extremely unwelcome and uncomfortable they escorted her to her room and didn’t provide a room key at all said they would slide it under the door at midnight and never did then the next day same staff member was rude when she asked about the key."

"Staff was great. The towels smelled so weird and I thought it was just my set but I got a new set and it had the same smell. AC took a while to cool the room but it’s an old building. Parking was also 45 for all guest which kinda sucked."

"Parking was a nightmare. Got blocked in over three times after only staying two nights. Rooms were disgusting and poorly maintained. Towels were dirty. Windows,mirrors,counters,floors obviously not cleaned for awhile. Overall gross. Kinda separate but was awake till 3 am well somebody was playing with there toddler running up and down the halls. Walls are so thin you can hear just about everything and seems like it’s a constant influx of unfriendly people not even staying at the hotel taking up the parking spaces/ hanging out in the parking lot. Overall if you’re here to get a room to party 100% would get a room here. If you have a family or a girlfriend and saw the cheaper prices like me I would avoid at all costs. Staff was very friendly though!"
