The staff was unbelievably courteous and enhanced our visit in Japan. Evenings in the 100 year old garden was memorable...being engulfed in a sea of mist. The "high tea" roast beef dinner was a highlight for the family. The rooms were tended nightly. Mornings were comforting with the daily paper and in-room tea and coffee.

Twin room had a decent amount of space for Tokyo. Good central location although a bit of a ‘party’ area in the evenings- never felt unsafe though. Great view of the city from our window. We only stayed one night, so it is difficult to say how the hotel is, but it had a cool vibe. We arrived on Friday night and DJ was playing at the front lobby. Generally the decor was mostly black. The hotel staff were very nice. The bakery attached to the hotel looked really good.
