Beautiful hotel right in the heart of Munich. It’s extremely well maintained, and our room was very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and featured everything you need for a relaxing stay. Robes, slippers, air con, electric blackout blinds, chrome cast TV, gorgeous mini bar, Molton & Brown toiletries, plus a nightly top up of bottled water and popcorn.
Best of all though, is the hotel team. The lady who checked us in on 13th August gave us the perfect welcome, and the front desk staff on 14th were...

Got airport train S8 to Marienplatz. Hotel was about 3 minute walk. Excellent location in the heart of the old town. Very comfortable beds and free mini bar with water, beer, cola and apple juice re filled each day. Wifi was excellent and staff polite and friendly. Breakfast was simple but excellent. Would definitely stay here again

The hotel is amazing as are all the staff that work there. We had zero issues whilst staying at the hotel.
The rooms are kept very tidy and cleaned to perfection. The overall tidiness of the hotel is also incredible, absolutely spotless.
The rooftop terrace has some amazing views which can be paired with a cold beverage on a hot summers day with the staff on hand to check on you and promptly take empties away.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and smiling. The breakfast was excellent. It had this lovely courtyard where you can enjoy the sunshine, and the location was brilliant, with front and back entrances onto two streets with really lovely shops and restaurants. It was super easy to get to the main train station. The only negative was that, in the rooms, you had to pay for tea and coffee, but this wasn't obvious. You could easily open the bags and then realise...

On arrival after a hot and tiring journey, we were welcomed like family and made to feel at home. The staff were all exceptionally friendly, without being overly formal or fussy. Lovely oasis of calm in a hot and busy city.

The room and facilities were excellent in a lovely hotel, can't fault the room whatsoever. The only slight negative was the breakfast was €19 and had very little choice and no hot food. Better off saving the €19 and going to one of the many local breakfast spots for something much better and probably also cheaper.

I had a nice stay at this hotel. I particularly liked the breakfast and the garden. The room was good, with a well stocked mini bar and the bed was comfortable. The only thing that might be an issue for some is the lack of AC. The ceiling mounted fan was fine for when I stayed in September but during a heat wave it might get too hot. The location is not that convenient for the centre of Munich but was perfect for the event I was attending.

Good hotel in the sense of room standard, comfy bed, good housekeeping and great breakfast. 5/7 mins from Munich Hbf and 15 min stroll to Old Town. Surrounding area is not great albeit not unsafe, so options at night near the hotel as limited, but if you want to use as a base for venturing outside Munich (used train for days in Nurmburg and Salzburg) then hard to fault in the round. If i was travelling back to Munich i would have no hesitation about staying here again.

A comfortable stay in a great location with superb staff and a wonderful breakfast. 10 mins walk from Marianplatz and 2 mins from Haupbahnhof so ideally located. A really great stay and I would throughly recommend Hotel Marc.
