"It was fantastic!!!"

"The room was very clean and quiet despite being very close to the Hauptbanhof. One can take S1 or S8 from Munich airport and you can literally walk to the hotel front in minutes. Spa facility was included in our fare. Their IsarBar makes fabulous cocktails so definitely worth it. It's walking distance to the old town, a few museums and beer gardens nearby. The only negative for me personally is that the pillows were very floppy so if you need firmer one, remember to ask the staff."

"The staff was amazing, the breakfast excellent, the location ideal, but the room was not ideal for American business travelers. Very small rooms, no closet, no iron, and no desk/table….but I would consider revisiting…very nice people."

"The staff was exceptional and the breakfast had a nice variety. They also have a small menu to order omelettes and pancakes. They also validate parking for the nearby parking garage. The only complaint I have is not being aware that the rooms I had booked did not come with a safe or air conditioning. Those rooms are upgrades to the "classic" rooms. In order to cool off the room I left the windows cracked but the noise from the street made it hard to sleep."

"The buffet breakfast was reasonably extensive and sumptuous, siialr to other properties in its class. The staff was superb, uniformly polite, helpful, experienced and kowledgeable. If you expect to have climate control you will be horribly disappointed. The a/c is centrally controled even though there is a therostat in the rooml. The Merbure chain has a policy of not turning on the air conditioning at all until May 1, and then only having it available unitl outside temperature has dropped below 18 C (64 F). The room can bake during the day and my room was stil at 24 C (75 F) long after the outside temp had fallen below 18. Sleeping was not comfortable."
