The staff are lovely, really accommodating and will help in any way they can. It is a beautiful set up, although could do with a bit of renovation. The outdoor bath is a lovely idea but we didn’t use it because it was too old and dirty. The area is very busy and like most busy areas in Bali, pretty dirty and noisy. Great hotel in a great location. Every single staff member went out of their way to help us. The restaurant was amazing, with breakfast definitely worth the money. Amenities were all great, felt very safe and looked after our whole stay.

An excellent hotel with warm, friendly staff, just a short walk from Seminyak beach. We stayed fifteen nights and are already planning to return next year. The location is ideal: close to the beach and plenty of restaurants, yet the hotel itself is wonderfully quiet, a true haven between the beach and the bustle of the town. The location of the hotel is superb, very close to the beach. We enjoyed the beach so much. Our room had a beautiful view to the beach. The room was spacious with a terrace. Breakfast can be chaotic. Wish that a big hotel like alila can have more restaurants. Overall our stay was very nice and would recommend this hotel to our friends.

Soori Bali is a stunning peaceful hotel, both in aesthetic and feel. It’s a little secluded so perfect for those wanting privacy or an escape, or a sort of retreat. My brother was with me and these were his highlights: Idyllic, private pool, staff really helpful, Jurassic Park vibes being driven in the night to the villa, complimentary mini bar! 😊 You truly came away feeling pampered, what with the daily activities available daily, like sitting with the ladies whilst they prepare the daily...

Room was clean and quiet, the staff are helpful and friendly and it is so convenient to get off a late night international flight and walk to your room. We always stay at this hotel on our arrival into Bali and are always happy.

Beautiful hotel. Amazing details in the lobby. Its massive. Quite a long walk to the front of the hotel, so don't forget anything in your room! Amazing pools and beach. Wouldn't go in the sea though. Beautiful sunrises. Decent air conditioned gym. Breakfast was good, although not the best I've had in Bali. The Indonesian cakes were very nice though.

Room is clean and comfort. Suggest to choose a rear room to avoid irritating noise of house music comes from the restaurant and surroundings, especially on weekends, which ended at 12 AM.

Stayed here over Nyepi ( Balinese silent day ) , lovely hotel , great staff, pool access room was excellent , can't comment on surrounding area , because stayed within the hotel grounds for our stay , couldn't fault the hotel or staff , great place to stay

Very relaxing hotel approx 25mins drive from Ubud. Great spa service and the food (considering it was Vegan) was pretty amazing.

We had a wonderful stay at Aloft Bali Kuta. The hotel was spotlessly clean and perfectly located in the heart of Kuta, right next to the stylish Beachwalk Shopping Center, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We travelled around Bali and stayed in several places, but the service from the Marriott staff here was by far the best. We would happily stay again!

The hotel is very nice. What makes this hotel nice The staff are friendly, helpful and polite, They would do anything for you. The room was amazing, spacious, clean and the bed was very comfy, Room service is available and at a reasonable price. The restaurant at the bottom and at the roof top had a good selection of food and cocktails.The price were reasonable.A life DJ plays some cool tunes at breakfast, not to loud, just perfect. The gym and the roof top swimming pool were a bonus....

The hospitality and the facility was amazing. My only disappointment was that my villa was located at the very edge of the hotel right next to the road, so it was not a quiet environment. I was expecting a more relaxing stay as this was my honeymoon.

My wife and I had a fantastic holiday and celebrated our wedding anniversary in style. The setting and villa were perfect, staff friendly and always ready to help. The food was superb especially for my wife as she is a vegetarian. Well away from the main tourist area but easily accessible when required by use of the hotel driver. We loved it.

Look no further, this hotel is the best in Bali. This was my sixth stay here and my expectations were exceeded yet again. Exceptional service, nothing but nothing is too much trouble. Both staff and management are totally committed to making sure that your stay is perfect in every detail. Do make sure that you dine in the Kayuputi restaurant - exquisite food and service!
