Stayed for 4 nights March 2026. Novotel is convenient for getting around and just a few minutes drive to the Airport . The Hospitality and warmth of the Staff was definitely 10 on the scale. JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar
The driver who took me to the airport, was a pain in the neck insisting on tip. I had no cash and yhe guy was very insisting, a hassle. The hotel should train this people not to bug customers after paying inr 1200 for a 5 min ride
