"What I enjoyed was the staff. What I didn’t enjoy was the breakfast. Coffee and tea bar didnt stay out after breakfast. My room was next to Supply room so it was very noisy with slamming of the doors from the workers going in and out. The carpet in my room had multiple stains on it and the buzzing of the furnice compartment made it hard to sleep and the refrigerator was leaking. The food I purchased had to be thrown out because water had gotten inside the container. I wouldn’t purchase room 526 due to the Supply room being next to it."

"Parking was easy. Need more people to work the front desk. It took us 30 min to get checked in eventhough we prechecked in online."

"Room was nice and clean. Fixtures are worn and could use replacing (shower heads and faucets). Bathroom sink would not turn off completely. Room doors are a hazard. They are very heavy and slam shut quickly. "

"Hotel is clean and fine but not in a very nice area. Lots of unhoused individuals hanging around outside the hotel and asking for money. Some were coming into the hotel lobby. Security did escort them out. Our room did not have AC that worked. It was 73 degrees in our room and very uncomfortable. We spoke with the front desk who said they would have someone come and work on it and/or move us to another room. We had to leave for our event and didn’t return until late and the AC was not fixed and no attempt to provide alternate room was made. The valet parking was hit or miss. The first day the attendant was not very efficient at all. We requested our car earl because we knew it was very busy. We went downstairs to wait and spoke to the attendant who said there was no wait and they’d get the car right away. The attendant then stood around for 10-15 minutes before they went to get the car. I would probably stay here again because the room, while hot, was clean and the hotel itself was clean. If you intend to walk around the hotel, just be aware of your surroundings. "

"The restaurant only offered an overpriced breakfast buffet, but otherwise our stay was great. The staff were very friendly."

"Hotel was in a great location for a family getaway. Staff was great. The hotel had some minor issues but was very happy to be there. No continental breakfast or on site parking, but plenty of options for those nearby."

"Property was loud and obnoxious lots of kids no supervision it also smelled like ole fish and musty arms halls and elevators hot and muggy"
