Front desk staff was very nice. Room was not clean. Found a dead roach after coming out of the shower. Light was too close to the shower and covered in mold. Front door of hotel is only key card accessible after a certain hour. Continental breakfast was sparse.

Easy parking and check in. Nice walk to pratts ale house and cfg bank arena. Hotel could use some updates of tech and overall look. Could also reopen the restaurant and upgrade the breakfast. Overall it was an ok stay it worked out for our concert really well. Was a little pricey for what you get, but you pay for convenience.
