Staff was nice, and when we called for things, they were quick to respond, room was clean and beds comfortable, the food we ordered was good, only thing was bathroom needed update, the ceiling in bathroom looked like a bad patch up, but we would stay there again and it was very close to family home

It was ok, clean and safe but bathroom showed its age. The parking here is 48.00 a night that’s so much more than parking almost anywhere in inner harbor Baltimore. It’s super convenient to the Loyola campus . But way over priced for what it is. I have stayed in Baltimore three or four times a year and this was my least favorite choice other than proximity to campus. This is a 140 dollar a night property at best.

I don’t travel much anymore so I don’t keep up with current hotel policy. I didn’t realize that you have to turn on a light on a panel if you want to have your room cleaned up. But someone brought me what I needed so I’m ok with that. Bed was as expected. Staff was very helpful.
