"The most helpful thing we did for our trip was to secure parking in a nearby garage beforehand. The hotel staff was very nice and accommodating. Easy walk to the Camden Yards and Aquarium during the day. We took ride shares to evening spots."

"The staff was incredible and the hotel felt safe and secure (despite what other reviews say about the area in Baltimore). The room was comfortable, but we had issues with the door knob and shower. Can't emphasize enough how helpful the staff was and it is clear they care about the property and are working on improving it. I would easily stay here again."
