"The bed was comfortable. But the hotel was in disrepair and hadn't been updated. Our room wasn't cleaned during our four-night stay. We were told after three nights that the room would be cleaned, but it never was. They also didn't replace our towels or empty our trash."

"Had a great weekend staying here. Between the kind staff that were all lovely to talk to, the beautiful indoor pool, and spacious room it was a good time the whole time. We definitely plan to stay next year when we come for our event again."

"I had my first very bad encounter at this facility. There was a female staff that I had never met before as I come there pretty frequently. She called my room at 10:12pm complaining of noise over her head in the office. I was fast asleep and told her it must be the other room opposite side over her. She knew that I was the one in the room and she was just being flat out Racist. I came to office to explain and she loudly put me out of the office with threats of calling the police. I packed my things and left. I doubt if I return as long as she works there. She had so much hate in her eyes and voice. I’m 57 years old and I don’t think I’ve ever experienced anything thing like it before."

"Overall our needs were not met staying at the holiday in. The shower made a painful screeching noise every-time the water was turned on. In order to turn on the heat, it smelt like burnt cigarettes. A burning smell that was consistent making the whole room stink. Other problems were not able to be communicated due to the fact the phone wouldn’t allow us to make any calls. The pool was not clean, very dirty smelling, visibly not cleaned. When asking for towels were given small hand towels because they were out of pool and bath towels. The overall appearance of the room was okay, but a lot of cleaning details were missed. Someone else’s hair in the bed, stains on the sheets etc. They were unable to tend to our needs, not even having water available."
