This hotel probably has seen better times, now it is old and look nasty and smelly, they offer parking however is a public parking at the back of the hotel first come first served if there is no room for you they sugest to park in the street, which is not i was expecting aas they offer parking, they do not have noise policy as there was a party somewhere, in the hotel, so it was interesting to try get some sleep. Anyways before booking this hotel check the reviews and be sure what are you looking for accomodation. I am no comming back to this place ever.

This used to be a boutique hotel celebrating Kamloops historical downtown. It’s now run down, under staffed and has an extremely loud night club underneath it. Terrible parking. I don’t recommend.

Liked: Proximity to the RRH of F & friendly staff. Didn't like: this hotel using the Hilton name. Big time negative impact on the Hilton brand. Did not appreciate the nickel & dime treatment; $90. US for guest parking?? no complimentary breakfast, the room was tired, no exhaust fan in the bathroom. You won't have to guess: I will not be recommending Hilton here. The brand is only as strong as it's weakest link.

Not as advertised, pictures not accurate. Parking limited, elevator from the 20s totally inadequate for a modern hotel. Definitely not worth the star rating attached.

Located in downtown Kamloops, the Plaza is a cheap but comfortable hotel. Although the rooms can be small and the hotel seems old, the hotel is well maintained and clean. When I checked around the hotel bedding and such, I found nothing that would indicate bed bugs or anything, the bedding was clean. The rooms are a bit small but quite adequate. The hotel also had many amenities such as access to the local YMCA if you wanted to swim or workout and the variety at breakfast was better than a lot of hotels. Overall, for the price, you won’t get anything marbled or super modern but it’s still a well maintained and comfortable hotel. 4/5.
