"The only two disappointments were that the lift was out of service throughout our stay and it would have been nice to have had tea/coffee facilities within our room as opposed to having to ask at reception and then prepare a tea or coffee in a corridor area. The staff were superb and we will be returning to the hotel within the very near future "

"Staff at the hotel were welcoming and courteous. Can’t fault the hotel in any way, spotlessly clean and nice room. It is a bit out of the way so a car is recommended but as a base to get around it is perfect. 5 minutes to the GC1 which links the capital Las Palmas to the sunny resorts and beaches in the south, about a 30 minute drive away. "It would have been nice if they would somehow warn you that you shouldn't come by foot. Definitely take a car/taxi up this bloody hill. We were both fit and it was exhausting to drag our luggage and belongings up the hill to the hotel. Definitely would not recommend to stay here if you dont have a car/taxi because you'll be hiking up and down all day. Room itself was nice and clean and the shared kitchen and dining room was well equipped and pretty. Breakfast was very basic, dont have high...
