"I travelled with multiple people who all stayed here. One of then had to switch rooms because the smell of sewage and mold was so overwhelming she started feeling sick. There was quite a hassle to change rooms but they finallly allowed it. Our "mountain tower" room faced large amounts of trash bags and empty pools. That wasnt so bad but the worst part was we could hear a full on concert from our room every night from 11pm to 3am. Had we been warned that the concert would be fully audible from our room we would have asked to switch. Also the beds were hard as rocks with 2 terrible pillows. The shower has a half door so it is not enclosed. You have to use the few towels you have to cover the floor which gets soaked. Would not stay here again."

"Casino and hotel is centrally located and is close to everything. We walked into a lot of different hotels and many don’t capture the feeling or energy PH does. The staff was helpful, the on-sight Starbucks is fast and efficient, the hospitality team… who ensure the rooms are straightened each day are clean and tidy. The rooms are comfortable and have great views of the strip, the hot tub was relaxing and drained easily once finished, and the rooms are quiet for as busy and lively the casino floor is you can’t hear much activity coming from the hallways. This wasn’t my first time staying here and definitely wont be my last. Also highly recommend earl of sandwich- for a late night snack… also the Walgreens at the corner of the hotel is very handy for water etc…"

"The room was clean and comfortable, however provided amenities were okay. There wasn’t any hand soap so we had to buy our own despite staying for only a week, not sure if it’s only just our room though. Other than that, the location of the hotel is the best. Incredibly convenient as it connects to nearby malls and the strip. Definitely a 8/10"

"We don’t need to charge for every little thing… internet? Parking? Fridge and coffee maker? Other standard rooms at other hotels include these… House cleaning did a mostly Good job but neglected to provide facetowels… Front desk guy was awesome and made up for most of shortcomings of other issues."
