"My room was in better condition than my brother's room. His bathroom was quite ordinary and really needs maintenance done (regrout). There are no activities for children after 6pm (such as dart, table tennis, etc). These activities should be open until 10pm for children. I had food poisoning at breakfast on the last day of my stay. I felt sick immediately after eating the chicken sausages and had the worst case of vomiting and diarrhea for 3 days. It was not a pleasant short holiday for my family."

"Loved the the fact that the hotel was five minutes from the airport and beach, free shuttle. Had an issue with the AC in the room, but they quickly gave me another room. Nice staff, very attentive and courteous. Oh, and good selection of food for breakfast between 630am - 1030am."

"Not the best area for long term stays which I didnt realize until too late lol! Regardless I really enjoyed my stay there. It was very clean and everyone was very friendly and helpful. Wish the wifi would have been a little better though as a digital nomad"

"The property is amazing lovely decorations and design, lots of very quality appliances and furniture, loved the pool and the whole garden, The communication with the host was a bit hard, we let them know we will arrive late and no one was there to greet us , no code for the locker box was provided, after a we finally checked in first few days we had a water issue, no water at all in the whole villa was solved after 2 days, after that no one informed us that we need to leave the key in the locker box for the maid and pool maintenance, and we did no have a cleaning service for the first 7 days. They are quite prompt on WhatsApp and they do reply fast . Be informed you need to pay for the electricity 8 THB /kwh. Overall was a lovely experience we would love to return. Also keep in mind the property has 3 king bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 cloakroom ( only toilet and sink ) it’s quite an inconvenience for 3 couples. "

"This hotel is such a hidden gem! We stayed here for only a night for an early morning flight, but I actually found myself wishing I stayed longer! The property is so pretty! The lobby is gorgeous & has a very relaxing vibe to it. And upon arrival, the staff came rushing out to greet us with a smile & help us with our bags. What a nice welcome with great customer service. The process to check in took maybe 2 minutes max—super efficient & quick! I also loved their 24/7 coffee & tea station in the lobby. It made for fresh coffee early in the morning before they took us to the airport. The shuttle was FREE, which another delight. I will most certainly come back to the Phuket Airport Hotel in my future visits to Phuket."

"The housekeeper was most industrious and thorough. The property is quaint with 2 cats and one dog who reside within the grounds. The swimming pool is deep water at one end and it is most refreshing after a busy day of travel. There is an excellent Indian restaurant just along the road that we visited. It was a short stay but the proprietor was most hospitable and I would certainly have no hesitation in recommending this establishment for an overnight stay or even as a base to explore Phuket or Takua Pa."
