"It is an absolutely breathtaking property - right on beautiful Coronado beach. The facilities were fantastic and even though the hotel is undergoing a major renovation, they have done a nice job to make sure the guest experience is minimally impacted by it. I was disappointed that the wifi did not work in our room at the brand new Shore House building and when I told the staff, they made it seem like it was "user error" even though I showed them how it worked in the lobby but not in my room.
