A special shout-out to Prince from Riverside Café — he went above and beyond to take care of our needs, especially when the main venue wasn’t open. Also a big thanks to Kuntal, the restaurant manager, who truly went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. In the bar, Sameer did his absolute best to make sure my friends and I had a great time — really appreciated his energy and attention. And of course, recognition for the rest of the wonderful team: Marful, Anusri, Arup, Sofia, Kuljit, Jamir, Sandipan, and Aloke. Their professionalism and warm hospitality made the stay even better. Great hotel, great people — highly recommended."

"We’re cyclists from Australia and have been travelling around the world on our bikes for 5 years. We received a wonderful welcome by the staff and everyone couldn’t do enough for us. The room was comfortable, the hotel itself had a great feel about it making us feel at home. The gym and spa were fantastic. The food was superb and so were all the wait staff. Everyone was super attentive to all our needs. Highly recommend this hotel and in such a great location too. "

"The hotel was wonderful. I was a solo traveler and felt very safe here. The concierge Amit seemed to be looking out for me. He was very helpful in everyway. I was able to walk to India Museum from this hotel as well as Saint John's Church for the Black hole of Kolkata memorial. The breakfast in the morning was very nice, although the staff did seem to have a hard time keeping everything fully stocked. I would definitely stay again."

"While convenient for access to the city, the immediate area is not particularly pleasant. However, the hotel, while it provides all that is needed, is a little 'tired' as to its decor. But, the in-house 'pure veg' restaurant and bar is excellent, providing breakfast, lunch and dinner. The staff are charming, friendly and efficient. It may not be 5* but gets an A from me. "
