"This is a love hotel, and you should be aware of that going into this experience. Staff is friendly, but not used to a lot of interaction with guests. Room was clean. Overnight stays get breakfast delivered to the room in the morning. Lots of free video-on-demand options, and not all of them xxx. In room amenities very good. Figured it out the lights was confusing as it's a series of buttons by the phone."
"This is a very convenient hotel to stay at. It's 1 minute away from the train station, and it's surrounded by many restaurants and stores. The staff is very kind and willing to support as needed. The room is cleaned every day, if requested.
I have no complains at all, I spent 10 days and everything ran well.
Thank you!"
"This was our favorite stay in Japan! The staff were the kindest and most helpful people. The room was absolutely gorgeous and so comfortable. We stayed in the river suite (Jitoku) and the sound of the water was so peaceful. The room has an attached private shower/bath, toilet, and sink. There is an onsen available that is private (it can hold up to two people in the same group, you mark it as occupied when you are in there). The surrounding area is so beautiful, we saw several monkeys and the waterfall. There are a bunch of cafes around that close around 1600-1700, but there are a few restaurants open later closer to the station (including a Lawsons). We can’t wait to come back and do some more relaxing and hiking!"
"I booked this hotel because it was close to Itami airport, and the rooms looked well appointed and huge by Japanese standards.
It absolutely absolutely met those points and more. It was very clean, the photos did not lie, the rooms were spacious and had great amenities, I haven't seen a minibar in forever, but was grateful for it as we got in very late. There were also karaoke mics to use.
What I had not realized at the time of booking for myself, my sister and her 13 y/o son, was that this is a hotel that is typically booked by couples....and the other amenities in the room were geared towards those stays. And again, great minibar and options for more adult/amorous guests.
I would still absolutely stay here again, even on my own."
