Expedia info regarding the hotel having an airport shuttle is incorrect. It states “a rare find in Bangkok” which would be true if it was the case. Unfortunately, that claim is a fabrication. Given that was one of the main reasons for booking this hotel, I was extremely upset to learn it wasn’t true. Don’t fall for this one. Shame on Expedia for posting this misinformation.

Pros: Excellent service from friendly staff. Near, but not next to metro lines. Food, laundry and large mall (Terminal 21). Daily cleaning of the rooms. Cons: It is actually two buildings. So the breakfast is one building, while the gym (and pool) are in the other. This seems minor except Bangkok heat and traffic are insane. The main road nearby has working girls after dark. Just a warning to families with kids.

The hotel was generally nice. But the Fitness room was not well maintained. There were 4 treadmills but only 2 worked. The other 2 were completely broken for my entire 2-week stay even though early on I asked the front desk to ask maintenance to repair them. Internet wafted in & out. Numerous dropped phone calls. Mattress was a bit stiff but I've learned over the last 20 years this is common throughout East/Southeast Asia. Other than this my stay was nice. Stand-up showers had strong water pressure, café was nice with breakfast buffet and beautiful views of the city and a very nice soothing Spa on the 14th floor.
