The property was clean. Staff were courteous and helpful. Very good location if you like Soi 11. Just a warning for future travelers it is still loud outside/street past 4-5am. Primarily due to the tuktuks.

"I been to the hotel on several occasions.check in is long and staff has no clue that I'm a loyal customer. THe deposit for the hotel is suspect when you try to pay with card..they say dont you have cash. It's has been identified by staff if you pay by card it takes a month to get your deposit back.i ..."
