"I’ve stayed here twice now and both times have found the rooms comfortable and clean. Those are the highlights, and to me the most important things. Staff is friendly and helpful. The location isn’t great but it is right off the freeway which may be convenient. The fitness center is small and underwhelming. The place feels a bit old, but again the rooms are clean so I choose not to care about the facade. Overall I’d stay here again but only for a night."

"The staff were not rude but not particularly kind nor helpful. When I asked to check out the person at the desk pointed at the key return box and said “Right there” she didn’t ask how my stay was, thank me for staying or even bother to look up and make eye contact. The room was clean but not well kept. There visible rust under the bathroom counter, the sink drain didn’t open, there were big scratches on the floor and a dark grey spot next to the smoke alarm that looked like a burn mark. Breakfast was ok."

"We had a short and nice stay. We were in town for the Basketball tournament. The property was neat and clean. Since we had to leave early in the morning for the game, Starbucks downstairs was an easy to go option. Their service was good but I felt that they should have more employees at that time. There were just two girls and they were trying their best starting from taking orders, making drinks, prepping to go food items and handling items to everyone. It took us 20 min to place an order. But, overall great stay."

"The first room we checked into was dirty, all surfaces in room were sticky. The second room across the hall was barely better. The room smelled like burnt rubber , there was a good 1.5 gap between the door and the floor, and bathroom sink had a big crack in it. The walls are paper thin so we spent the night listening to our neighbors conversation and that’s when people weren’t running up and down halls slamming doors"

"Hot tub broken but no sign AC in room only cools one side of room Broken elevator meant I had to climb 3 flights of stairs.. (57 yrs old with bum leg)"

"If you want a quiet place to sleep this isn’t the place. The hotel is close to the highway which makes it loud. The fridge makes loud humming, the air conditioning is loud and off button was missing. You can hear clearly when the upstairs turn on the air conditioner and water. 630am Sunday morning we were woken by loud blower and hedge trimmer. I called front desk and they told me it was in front of the hotel but didn’t know of there was a sound ordnance. I have never heard people being able to work before 8am. Our bed was too hard ( that is our preference). Breakfast was great, lots of options and clean area. Parking is good."
