"Hotel is in a good location with helpful staff. However, there are issues with hot water taking a while to run in the shower. Also, the elevator situation needs to be fixed. I heard people say they waited as long as 30 minutes to get an elevator around 10 am."

"Our family had an amazing time as the lodge had everything we could ever need . Money will spent. We was also so close to kings island walking distance as I got my steps in . Very happy customer here. Thank you Great Wolf for the amazing experience as we plan to come again in the future. Everything was clean and coming out the pool to the restroom wasn’t a drag as I thought it would be lol. I can keep going with endless reason to why we enjoyed our stay but this seems like plenty.
