Desk confirmed I can come as late as I needed to At arrival front desk told me all larger rooms given out and was unable to meet my reservation, Tried to give me a one bed and one couch room. I told him to check again that I had called and promised my room. That I could not accept a one bed and couch room. My 3 children are huge....
