"Stayed at this hotel to attend a family wedding. The rooms did not have anything that would particularly stand out as extraordinary. The shower stall was nice but the room did not have a microwave. I would honestly have been okay with a subpar/standard tub/shower combo because I was travelling with 2 kids under the age of 5 who are not used to standing showers with the amount of force that our shower was spraying water at. The microwave would have been very helpful. The bottles of champagne and other items were a bit over the top. Nothing was really complimentary. However, that could be acceptable for others. I also thought the art work in the room was questionable at best. Felt weird to sit on the toilet with a pair of eyes looking at me. "

"Beautiful place in a great location, but had to call multiple times to get assistance with missing item in my room, key didn't work at first so required multiple trips to checkin desk, and I never got my security deposit back after waiting for a month. "

"Room was nice and spacious, probably more than we needed for a 1 night stay! Conveniently located to the things we were there for. The hallway to the room is long and dimly lit so my husband got a little claustrophobic. Once we figured out that the parking garage entrance was a few doors away it solved the problem. The patio off the room was a nice touch. Our only complaint was that the bed seemed to dip in the middle, so much so that it made getting out of bed an event. Other than that it was great and we would definitely consider staying here again the next time we go to Charlotte. "

"The hotel was not clean Carpets smelled The parking garage was a dungeon, and also operated by a 3rd party, we were charged to pro there (utterly aggravating!) Breakfast not included Staff not so friendly Overall terrible, cannot compare to a Hilton (which has comfy beds/ pillows, free parking and free breakfast with friendly staff), plus we get points. "When I checked in the clerk Angela ran my card twice. She claimed that the payment for incidentals didnt go through. As a result I had 3 different charges totaling 342.00! Only 50 dollars was supposed to be changed for incidentals. They say 5 to 10 business days before I get my refund. To open the room door I had to use my shoulder to push the door. It was sticking. The hotel was clean but could use some renovation. "
