"The condition of the motel is very run down, stairways and parking areas had lots of trash around, room wasn't clean, graffitti on the walls and mirror, heater vent was off, vent in bathroom was hanging off the wall, window frame was broken, curtains had holes in them, only 1 bath towel for 2 people. Bed was comfortable and the tv worked but that was the only good thing about it."

Unfortunately he was not there for check in or the second evening of my stay and the staff during that period were horrendous, disinterested and impolite. "Staff was very friendly and check-in was easy. The breakfast and food in the hotel was lacking. There was no coffee in the room, but there was a coffee maker. You had to buy a K cup for $3.50. No daily Maid service. We requested someone to come in to clean the bathroom, but no response. Was located in a great area with very nice resort surrounding us walking distance. We really enjoyed the gondola ride that we could go down to the market and public transportation depot and come back up....
