"The building is run down the hotel had semi permanent residents who looked like they were waiting for interviews with the government for residency in this country also families who must be waiting for social housing cars were being repaired on the carpark area kids running riot it seems more like a block of unloved flats. We didn't get out of the car couldn't see any signs for reception my partner was completely disheartened by the sight before her and was adamant that she would not stay there...

"Really great Hotel with friendly, professional staff. Conveniently located just 5 minutes walk to the Theatres, shops, restaurants etc. - highly recommended"
"Lovely hotel. Had a 2 queen bed room. Great size, comfy, iron provided and fans in wardrobe. Safe in the room too. Had breakfast and it was really good. Nice hot selection and cereals, some fruit and pastries. Pool is small but pleasant - if you have kids I would just suggest checking swim times. Some times are adults only and these weren't shown on the handout we were given at check in. Lots of parking at £7.50 a day. Near to retail park, bowling and cinema. About 20 min walk into town. Staff were really lovely in all areas of the hotel. "
"It’s a deserted, a haunted place where only drug addicts may feel happy. Rooms are having bad smells, poor quality of furniture. It is not worth to stay. Don’t try it, you will repent. We cancelled our booking upon seeing all these conditions. Go better to the nearby travelogue. "
