Property could do with a good clean, dishes in cupboards were dirty and cupboards were full of crumbs. Windows also dirty, floor tiles were cracked and some were sharp, beds were clean and comfortable and area was close to midtown (within walking distance).

The condominium is in a prime location my family and I love it everything is in a walking distance the beach, store, stop for the big bus tour and the amazing ocean drive, definitely I will stay here every time I come to Miami, Silvia our host was very helpful with our check in The most important they have a place to leave your luggage if you come early and you can enjoy the roof top swimming pool while your room is ready I will say is a 5 start

This was an acceptable crash landing space for when my flight was canceled. The check in process was a bit unclear but they were helpful in getting it sorted out. Plenty of towels but additional blankets and a way to control the temperature would be an improvement. Place was very clean.

When Traveling for The Latest News Of The Art World, Location Matters, When Traveling Here For The Old San Juan Heart of Wynwood Feel, The Renzzi Villa is bright Where the Heart beats. Up the block the lights guide you to music, food, laughter & rich culture from the intersection of the Tropical World & our interpretation of the Global Village. The Uber takes you back to your quiet restful studio apartment. Wake up & brew your own Expresso style coffee, the studio has a Kitchen, great for those waking up in lil Puerto Rico.

The check-in process was very easy via WhatsApp and the person I talked to was very accommodating ( I had overslept and missed the checkout time. However the area around the property does leave something to be desired. I believe it is safe overall , but I am not sure if for example, I would want my teenage daughter to stay at that location without an adult.

It was very nice small 1 bedroom apartment. We had nice experience. Everything what I ask staff brought me right away. It was very close to art shows and Wynwood Wall. Next time when we will be in Miami we most likely will stay again in Renzzi Villas.

This apartment worked great for our family of three. We used it to recharge and sleep during most of our stay. We didn't spend too much time in the place, but the staff on hand were nice and helped as needed. Having parking was a plus, and although we didn't take advantage of the nearby shops, they are definitely accessible on foot, a few blocks away.

It was clean. There was the bare minimum, if that, provided. There was one roll of toilet paper provided for 6 people staying there. One of the beds only had a fitted sheet on the mattress, no fitted sheet and no blanket. There were only sheets on the other beds. There were 2 blankets provided for 4 beds. There was one roll of paper towels and no extra trash bags. We communicated to the owner about the TP and bedding issues, with no response. The neighborhood is also a bit sketchy. There is a locked gate into the property, which we appreciated.

This is definitely a mixed-bag review. Our first impression was that the stay was going to be a nightmare, but it actually turned out to be pretty decent. It seems like this property is relatively new to the hotel scene. There were several items missing in the room—such as a microwave, iron, and even soap for the shower—which should be standard when hosting guests. However, when I called to request them, the staff responded quickly and brought everything right away. So again, mixed feelings. The surrounding area really needs improvement. I personally felt fine, but it’s not somewhere I would feel comfortable bringing my spouse. It’s close to Midtown, which is a great area, but the specific location of the building could become a long-term issue unless the neighborhood develops more. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but there are definitely a number of things that need improvement.
