"This place is amazing! It's perfect for all. Only thing is microwave is not working in room 776. Otherwise the place is incredible from the rooms,amenities, the shuttle service, pools, bars, all!!!"

"24 hour arrival shuttle was not available and I paid 20E for a short taxi ride. Suspect their was going to be a charge for pickup at the airport by the hotel shuttle but no pickup available. The hotel offered guests rides to/from a nearby restaurant which was nice. Pool looked inviting and was popular with guests. The grounds were nice and invited walking."

Toujours souriante, attentionnée et disponible, elle a vraiment contribué à rendre notre séjour agréable. Une personne comme elle fait toute la différence dans l’expérience d’un hôtel. "The staff at the front desk was amazing! So helpful. We had two rooms. One room was in great condition and the other one still smelled like smoke and had old wall paper. Plus there was mold in the bathroom. I was not happy about that part. The beds were very comfortable though. The breakfast was excellent. The ladies at the breakfast were very sweet too. Hopefully, they update all rooms - we would like to stay again if they do."

"Everything was great the only problem I would say which isn’t real a fault of the hotel but you had to go through a sketchy underground walking path to get to the more lively side of metre/trainstation, fine in the day but uncomfortable at night."
