Clean, cute rooms. Bathroom a bit outdated, but good beds and it was quiet for us. Great view on tenth floor. My kids loved the shallow area of the pool (even in January). Gran Hotel Panamericana Merida
The room was great and the staff was wonderful. My only suggestion concerns breakfast. Many tours begin at 7:30. It's important that breakfast is ready right at 7 to allow time to get to the tour pick-up stops, particularly in Santa Ana Park, which is a 15-minute walk. Thanks.
