Old and moldy smell rooms. El primer cuarto no servía el aire y me dijeron que el filtro estaba muy sucio, tuvimos que cambiar de habitación a las 10 de la noche además, El hotel con capacidad de más del 50% y me mandan a la esquina más lejana y con la vista más fea.

Some basic maintenance would be nice. Our towels were very worn and no longer vibrantly white.

City Express Plus by Marriott Mérida
Hotel was very well lcosted but amenities not that nice, the rooftop was woth garbage over the floor, the breakfast as just a messy place to be, and the option were very limited. For the price you can get better hotels around.
