Hotel is very clean. Great staff and very accommodating. Rooms had lots of closet space, nice towels, good AC, quiet, and a variety of choices at breakfast. Used Uber and Taxis to get around. The room was spotless and very comfortable, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the amenities were top-notch. Everything was well maintained and made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. Highly recommend when visiting Mérida!

We enjoyed waking around exploring city. During our stay we also visited Chechen Itza, Uxmal and had a cenotes tour. Everywhere we went people were friendly and we felt quite safe. We would happily recommend visiting.
Beautiful city, fantastic food and friendly people
I would recommend using Uber if you need a taxi anywhere it will be half the price of normal taxis, especially from airport.
Free airport transfer is great if you are between flights like we were.
