The wifi in our room was a bit spotty but we were able to use one from another room with no problems. The staff is amazing wifi is really not going to keep me from staying there again. Breakfast was good as well. Beds are comfy.

Hotel Ambassador Merida
the room was clean and the bed comfortable. The shower was very weak and it didn't always have hot water.

Hotel Casa 57
The property is clean and beds are very confortable. My only two complains are: 1. the elevator was not working 2. the shower had not hot water at all, so we had to bathe in cold water and the water also pooled up, as the drain did not function properly.

Hotel El Cid Merida
It’s a fairly cheap place, so what you’re not paying for is cleanliness. The hotel is quite dirty and old, with mold everywhere; the hot shower works only when it feels like it and barely has any water pressure, etc. Again, that’s the price you pay for saving money.
