Nice room under the roof. View of lake. But loved the bar/dining area with big windows looking over the lake and mountains.

We were impressed with the hotel and staff. Sam and his Mother were professional and made sure our stay was great. The breakfast was delicious and had many options aswell. We would highly recommend this hotel, you’ll be impressed also 🙂

Great vibe, and great value! It is in front of the lake. I had an adventure before I arrive there as was late storms and no transport. But managed it. It is clean. Plenty of toilets and showers. The guy at the reception was really good even offered to pick me up when he had to finish his shift. Also he offered me a slice of his pizza as I could not find anywhere with my adventures. Defently recommend it.

Great communications ahead of our stay, and every member of staff was friendly and helpful. I really cannot compliment them highly enough. We were even shown into the breakfast room early on our last day and were able to take a packed breakfast for our journey. The breakfast was varied, and the restaurant was excellent in the evenings. The staff was very helpful and friendly

The view down Lake Como from our room (No.29) was nothing short of breath taking. The staff where very very helpful and in the main spoke English (if your Italian is limited) food was very nice and reasonably priced. If you are a keen cyclist they cater with their own bikes and a workshop area. Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. A bed was provided for our 12 year old son as we requested, so catering for families doesn't present any issues.The Jersey Mob

The area is the best you will find in central Lugano. There is a funicular next to the hotel taking you directly to Lugano train station. The lake is 200m walk. The service is as good as any hotel I have ever been. The staff and very friendly and helpful. They helped me plan my trip to the two main Lugano mountains. This hotel is amazing and good value for money. Great location in the centre of town in the shopping district and just a short walk to the ferry terminal and the train stations. Pictures do not do this place justice. The garden view is amazing with visibility of lake lugano and the distant mountains. Such a beautiful hotel. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. I loved the breakfast, it's simple but very tasty. I highly recommend this hotel

A recently renovated property that feels like you're staying at vineyard, yet is only a few minutes drive from Lugano center.

The service and staff are superb!!! They are very helpful. The room is beautiful with generous amenities. The host at the rooftop, Dario, provide us and complimentary snack and drink. I will definitely stay at Vista Lago di Como for my next visit.
