I was checked in by Josh. A very pleasant welcoming staff member!! When we arrived Josh was having to deal with a very irate older woman who complained that multiple nights people were pounding on doors and kept her awake. Josh kept asking if she called down to the desk so that they could try to help resolve the issue. And she hadn't called. He handled this lady in the most professional soothing manner. Even though we knew she wasn't going to give up because as soon as we checked in she was back at the desk complaining. Our room was quiet and very comfortable. The only downside was in the morning at breakfast. We could hear loud voices as we enter the door and realized it was a young family who unfortunately let their kids scream and run around the room. We got our food and we're about to sit down when the dad brought in the son who was coughing and coughing and coughing and coughing it almost sounded like croup. We took our food and left. And so it goes.

Nice enough hotel the rooms are large and clean. The room did have a bit of a smell. It is very convenient to I-5 so easy to access.

The hotel is in a very nice area close to outdoor activities and nice views outside. The room was very comfortable and clean. The hot breakfast was good.

Great spot for to rest for the night. Close to the highway without being noisy. Bed was comfortable and there was a fridge and microwave. Wifi worked well and plenty of parking. No "sleep" setting on the tv which was disappointing but we were able to use our firestick.

I love that the pool and spa are open 24/7. It's also way closer to downtown Ashland than we initially thought. We will be staying again.
