"This is a no-frills hotel, but it is neat and very clean -- especially the bathroom -- and the staff are pleasant and very helpful and responsive. For me, the location was ideal: a 15-minute walk to the the Art Gallery of New South Wales on the edge of the Royal Botanic Garden, and then a 20-minute -- give or take -- stroll through any of the many pathways down to the Opera House and the harbor on the opposite side of the Garden. The adjacent promenade is perfect for morning coffee while you plot your site-seeing for the day."

"The room the large, spacious, and spotless. The hotel is in a central location for meeting places for excursions and shopping areas. The staff was so courteous, kind, and helpful by calling taxis, suggestions routes, providing maps, and suggestions. Buddhi was especially helpful, when a stolen credit card became a problem. "

Great location close to train stations, Aldi and many food options. Only negative was that one of the bar staff was unfriendly and borderline rude. A comment that my friends also made during our catchup in the lobby. This is not what I expect from Ace properties after frequenting them since 2009. "
