"Clean room, very modern, excellent amenities, loved the free espresso machine and comfortable indoor/outdoor seating areas on top floor! Train station accessible next door, making it very convenient to get to airport. Excellent customer service and messaged me immediately with options when they realized I had left my charger in the room. Will definitely stay again if I get back to Sydney!"

"Friendly staff at check-in - I was able to drop my heavy backpack hours before checkin began. Clean and beautiful room that still looks new. Great location close to train stations, Aldi and many food options. Only negative was that one of the bar staff was unfriendly and borderline rude. A comment that my friends also made during our catchup in the lobby. This is not what I expect from Ace properties after frequenting them since 2009. "

"Staff were very customer focused especially Alex and Luke and a French girl we didn’t get her name. Room was great except shower was slippery. Breakfast was outstanding and Bell hops were great with our luggage!"

"Beautiful hotel under the Sydney Harbour Bridge. Our room wasn’t ready at check in but Kim gave us credit to have some food and drink in the hotel and had a bottle of wine and fruit platter delivered to our room that evening. Exceptional service. Short walk to the Rocks area. Highly recommend "
