"We had a great time . Staff were all so welcoming and helpful and smiling . Rooms were clean and comfortable. Odd thing may have not worked but it didn’t affect our stay . Breakfast was good. Could do with more seating by the beautiful Lake"

"Hotel was fabulous! Grounds were amazing, outstanding scenery and trails to walk. Pool was lovely and great addition having access to the Valley of the Waves. Breakfast Buffet best I’ve ever seen. All staff were friendly and happy to help and great shuttle service free of charge to other hotels, restaurants ect 10/10 "

"Fantastic facilities, but service in some areas lacking. Restaurant and breakfast services were really below par for such an establishment. Food was great, but service by some individuals was indifferent. Aircons did not work in my unit despite requests when hiring. This should be investigated by management as there were ‘prepayments’ made for this. There is a lot to like about the establishment and I will return, hopefully to see that some of the matters are addressed."

"Beautiful place to stay and excellent staff. Lovely food. The rooms are superb. Great to see the management team encouraging and training keen new talent too. We enjoyed the included daily (early morning/sunrise or late afternoon/sunset) game drives too. It was our second trip and we’d definitely stay again. "

"The hotel is tired and in dire need of a refresh. The bathroom in the room especially is in desperate need of an upgrade. On a positive note, the staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel offers an excellent breakfast buffet. "

"Absolutely incredible experience at Lush Lodge. The facilities are stunning, from dinner in the wine cellar, to wine tasting and braii nights, everything was perfect from start to finish. The lodge itself was beautiful, the food was amazing and most importantly the staff were incredible. So warm, lovely and accommodating. The guides were fantastic as well, we saw everything we set out to see and had a laugh at the same time. I can’t say enough good words and wouldn’t hesitate to come back."

"Everything was very good. the staff were attentive and catered for your every need. The hotel has a good selection of restaurants and of course there is the casino. There is also a nice pool with a bar and a food oulet. The only gripe I did have was that the hot water was seldem more than tepid. I reported this on occassions but to no avail. A short walk away is a shopping mall with more eateries and shopping."
