"Included breakfast: bread and toaster. No condiments and nothing else except coffee. Nothing more. Bathroom tub and shower had big-time mold at every joint. In room air conditioner controls inoperative and produced noise just this side of the business end of a 737 engine of takeoff."

"There isn’t a swimming pool ,just a patch of grass where it used to be. One towel and no washcloth or shampoo in room. This motel has definitely seen better days! I was woke up at three in the morning by screaming and doors slamming obviously a fight next door. I wouldn’t stay here again."

"Terrible smell, not sure where it was coming from. I sprayed the furniture with lysol, put fragrance plug ins in the walls, the smell stuck to my clothes I smelled it at work! The refrigerator barley cooled and leaked water everywhere. The TV was so dirty i had to clean it 3 different times to get it clean , the dresser top, the table top all turned my paper towels black when i wiped them down. One of the property employees came harassing me about a dog! I showed him I had no dog or any animal and he said oh must have been a different room! Then the same employee came back and tried to get me to pay for another day. Twice! Even after I showed him my receipt. People woke me up fighting on both sides of my room on 2 different nights. Homeless everywhere! This place has a fence around it and a security guard at the entrance and it is definitely a necessity! I'm sitting in a new motel and can still smell that place on my clothes and pillow and blanket. The laundry room, nasty! I went to a laundry mat."

"I was transferred to an earlier flight and arrived earlier than I had planned. I called to explain and they said the earliest I could check in was 3pm. We arrived at 3pm amd were told tooms were still not ready. The next moring house keeping let themselves in the room at 10am when checkout was at 11am. My daughter and I felt rushed so we left as quickly as possible. The check in and out was frustrating"

"Me and a friend stayed here for a concert, only one night but it was well worth the price. Staff was lovely the lady behind the counter greeted us and had us ready for our room in very little time. No issues using the Hotels.com app would highly recommend staying at the Baymont hotel."
