We had a WONDEFUL stay. I have to admit, when we arrived, we were not at all sure, but within a short period of time, it became very apparent that we had made a good choice. The room was spacious, air-conditioned and a huge bed, very comfortable. We ate in the restaurant most evenings, save one (which was a terrible mistake, btw), but he next evening we were back at the Balcony Restaurant, where the service & food were impeccable. Loved everything about the hotel, outside cabin and spa. Lovely relaxing time with a friend for the weekend. Very clean. Lovely staff and amazing sunday dinner. My only annoyance was my friend forgot her toothbrush and they charged us £2 for one. I feel a complimentary toothbrush would not have affected their bottom line considering how much we spent at the property. But otherwise a beautiful venue with great staff and a beautiful luxurious spa.

We were visiting family in the area and this fit the bill perfectly for location. The room was large and very well appointed with walk in shower in large bathroom. Toiletries were provided if required and soft bath towels. Spotlessly clean in boththe bedroom and bathroom. A kettle and mugs was available with a selection of both coffee and tea or chocolate with proper sized mugs for making it in.
