"Good stay with fantastic friendly staff, only negative was the leaking shower and block bathroom sink which was replaced but resolved while on visit. Overall stay was good."

As soon as I booked with Free People Riad and Spa I had an incredible experience! They organised my airport transfer which was really helpful. The staff were incredibly welcoming and the owner Pilar made you feel like it was your home too! The place was absolutely spotless and my room was gorgeous I didn’t want to leave. Location is also really great, I ended up walking to each of the tourist spots which were no more than 10-25mins walk and was fun to explore all the streets and shops on the...

This hotel is stunning. The décor is just like a palace. The inlaid marble floors, the painted ceilings, the intricate wood carvings and stucco, the gardens, the restaurants all make it so special as do the staff which completes a perfect experience.
The Riads are amazing built on three floors, a courtyard, a large living room complete with fireplace. Stunning bedroom and huge bathroom on the next floor and a roof terrace with a plunge pool sun beds and sofa's. Toilets on each floor plus a...

Excellent resort family friendly with customer first attitude.
Fiona was excellent and attentive to our needs. Hisham and Amin, our butler were always there when we needed them. The mandarin pool villa is beautifully designed and the gardens outside the villa are like your in Paradise. Perfect location for medina and the airport. Highly recommend this place.

I visited with my sister and stayed for four nights, we relaxed with a mint tea while we checked in, we were early but were able to go straight to our room. The Riad Nashira is so beautiful, peaceful and immaculately clean, as was our room. You can sit by the pool, in the courtyard with a pretty fountain, by an open fire or go up to the roof terrace.
We wanted to use the spa, Fatima explained the different options available and we decided to try the traditional hammam and a massage, (45...

Perfect place to relax and rest. Excellent breakfast and staff very friendly. It is quite far from the Medina but it is also and advantage if you want a quiet place to relax.

This was my third time visiting Marrakech and second time staying in the Four Seasons. I decided to come back because this place offers unparalleled service. The staff are very nice, always smiling and very attentive (they even clean your sunglasses by the pool). They make you feel like you own the place. The resort is full of palm trees, has a tennis court, a nice gym and great pool. The Premium rooms have great balconies with a view of the Atlas Mountains. Nothing compares to having your...

From being picked up from the airport the Es Saadi Palace staff could not do enough for us. It is a very calm peaceful hotel away from the madness of the hub of Marrakesh....only a 10 minute taxi ride £4 although our first night £10 (think we must have been tired!) Food is excellent although a little pricey. Towels changed daily & sometimes twice (a little much) fresh roses in our room.
A beautiful cake & candles were in our room on our birthday total surprise as we had told no one!!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Fairmont. The hotel is beautiful and our room was lovely, very spacious, comfortable and luxurious. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the bedsheets were so soft, which made it feel even more luxurious.
The food was also really nice and overall we had a wonderful stay.
The only downside is that the drinks are quite expensive. For example, a gin and tonic is around £15, so you’re really looking at London prices.
I was also very surprised by the...

As soon as my cousin and I entered the property they were so accommodating and friendly made us feel right at home.Hassan was brilliant and friendly and all the staff who helped us with boarding pass for returning journey it is also situated in a good location close to main square and Bahia palace. If anyone i know asks me where to stay in Marakesh this is definitely where I’d tell them to stay

From the moment you enter La Mamounia you are engulfed by the most wonderful aroma of Cedar Wood and Dates. After a busy day out in the Souks you look forward to the serenity of this beautiful hotel surrounded by luxury. The only drawback was our room, which was out at the front by the road facing the mosque and therefore very noisy from local traffic and the 5.00am call to prayer. Whilst the staff are welcoming, I was disappointed in their response to move our room suggesting they would move...
