"Clean room Courteous and helpful staff Could not be better all round "

"The staff are very kind, helpful and accommodating. They go above and beyond their duties and responsibilities. My airlines lost my luggage and the hotel staff assisted me in where to purchase clothes and basic necessities for my vacation. The hotel is clean and the breakfast buffet is very good and they serve variety of good food. If you are planning to visit Marrakech, I highly recommend this hotel. "

"I visited during the AFCON 2025 tournament in January, and interestingly, this was the same hotel the Super Eagles of Nigeria stayed in—they had checked out just a few hours before I arrived. The exterior of the hotel was a bit misleading at first; the frontage was quite busy with parked cars and taxis. However, once inside, the atmosphere changed completely. The lobby was spacious and welcoming, though it occasionally felt a little chilly. The pool area looked fantastic, but the weather was too cold to enjoy it. Breakfast was outstanding—truly one of the best I’ve had in recent times, both in quality and variety. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The hotel’s location is a major plus. It sits right next to a mall, making it extremely convenient with plenty of dining options just steps away. It’s also within walking distance of many places, which made getting around very easy. It definitely looked like a good pick for a resort type experience when the weather (temperature) allows for it. In my time there, it was a bit quiet in the common areas due to the chilly temperature. "

"Five star staff all the way, so helpful and courteous, beautiful Riad, we had a large room with comfy bed. Enjoyed a Hamman-would recommend it for a new experience. Staff gave us sandwiches, fruit and some of their home made shampoo on departure, such a lovely surprise. Location was perfect. "
