"Nothing going on in the hotel besides waterpark and arcade. Have to travel outside for food, lobby bathrooms are consistently out of order and the carpets coming off the elevators are in need of some serious cleaning and fresher. "

"I don't come for casino use i came to facilitate business and get some R and R for my entire stay TV was out which i was fine with. My initial room had no hot water overnight 😒. The pool has limited lounge chairs its like hunger games. Room turn dowas requested for only one of 4 nights it never happened. Charging per hour after check out with so many discrepancy was a bit annoying. Pool was out of service spa hot tub and sauna was put of service. I will say staff in Coastal restaurant Rylie Ben Daryl and Ms. Diane at Seven stars made up for it. I typically LOVE Harrahs but this time i was disappointed 😞 "
