"Great hotel very nice great food and staff ! However , for a 4-star hotel it’s ridiculous our room wasn’t ready at 4:00 p.m. check-in time . Our room was ready an hour later , rooms are way too expensive and there are 1800 rooms in this hotel there is no excuse !"

"The property is well maintained , rooms are nice great looking modern design but it’s overly priced very expensive to me for the same rooms and experience as Harrah’s the pool area is small and there isn’t enough lounge seating and you shouldn’t have to pay to sit on any chair by the pool when you pay so much money to stay in this hotel It’s not worth the amount of money that I paid for this stay"

"Weekend started great as the facility and staff were excellent but ended horrible because my truck was towed from the parking garage and it cost me $400. I will never be staying at this hotel again and I will be sure to leave the same review on every possible site I can."

"Everything was awesome!! It's an older hotel, once you understand that then you'll understand how nice it is. Perfect view partial ocean view, city view, pool, hot tub, two rooftop adult hot tubs outside...amazing. Kelseys restaurant inside with a bar inside, solo bar downstairs, food was great,. Boardwalk right outside, not crowded at all. Amazing soul food restaurant Habeebis few blocks away. Dolphin tour. Just an amazing stay!!"
