We arrived by coach from Bristol but found the signage from the coach drop off point for finding the entrance to the hotel lacking and when we eventually found our way both passenger lifts were out of order. The positives the rooms were very clean and tidy the swimming pool and steam room's was excellent and all staff was very helpful and polite. "
