"The most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed at! We had 3 Club rooms in the Tower all were absolutely stunning. The staff were amazing and so helpful. Very thoughtful in how we liked things in our bathrooms those little details were absolutely perfect. We loved it so much from the week before we abandoned a terrible hotel in Pondicherry to come back to Chennai ITC Grand Chola for a bit of respite and luxury. The food, drink and staff were exceptional I would go back anytime as Chennai was wonderful! Loved everything!"

Every single staff member went out of their way to take care of us personally and made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our visit. A special mention to their senior chef, Prabhakaran, who was so kind and warm — he personally checked in with guests during breakfast to make sure everyone was enjoying their meal. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chennai."
