"We were offered a room upgrade on arrival by Nur, so we were in a room with a kitchenette. I spoke to him earlier in the day about a possible early check-in, and was very pleased that he said it was possible. The room was very nice and clean. The entire property has had a recent reno. We also had a basket of snacks which was a nice surprise. Lovely courtyard though we didn't have time to enjoy it during our stay. Excellent coffee options with the machine in the lounge. "

"Hotel is conveniently located in Metrotown with plenty of shops and good variety of restaurants nearby. Reception staff are helful. Room is spacious, well maintained and clean. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast is free and has a good selections of foods. Parking is also free. We will definitely stay there again."
