Villa Motel at Manitou Springs

"I stay in a lot of hotels and most of the time I don't take the time to make a review but the Villa Motel deserves a review. Here's why. There must be at least 200 motels in the general Manitou area most are non-descript. From the road Villa Motel falls into the "non-descript" category. It's a 1940's looking building with a pool out front. The first time I stayed there, it was not by choice but rather because I was too tired to continue. But, my view changed the minute I went into the room. Everything is immaculate - clean, well maintained, and comfortable. The internet worked well, the TV perfect, the beds comfortable, and the bathroom fully modern. The best part is the friendly family that runs the place. They have operated this hotel for three generations and take great pride in both the property and in making people happy. I heartily recommend it if you want to be near everything in Manitou Springs."

"The rooms were super clean. Mr Scott at the front desk made check in so easy. Huge breakfast area and selection, the area was very well maintained. The happy hour in the evening with free snacks and drinks was a nice touch. Rooms clean and comfy, all the staff we encountered were very friendly. Even the meal from the 14ers club was awesome. Would 100% stay again."

"I love how quaint the hotel is, the breakfast furnished and the view from the room. The proximity to the shops in Manitou Springs, the gas station, restaurants, convenience store, grocery store, Starbucks, shuttle bus and all of the sights and attractions to to visit was very convenient."
